The Salestrekker team practices three key components of Lean Six Sigma methodology regularly.

This includes visualising our performance, standardising how we do things and standardising our resolution processes. If you head to our office, you’ll notice we visualise all of our indicators with charts – paying particular attention to our quality performance and how this impacts our sales.

Everything we do is linked to a standard. This is what I like to call ‘economies of repetition’. We have proven that if you repeat a similar process every time, you can improve your performance. A great example is how we have standardised the deployment of new software. We've built new core deployment processes that deliver the same result – and more significant improvements to our customer satisfaction levels over time.

The final component focuses entirely on our approach to problems and their resolution. This could be operational – or it could relate to software. The team has a very standardised process for identifying the underlying cause of any problem and then implementing the solutions needed for a great outcome. We track everything in our visual via our visual way and schedule short meetings to review performance outcomes and next steps.

When you put it down on paper like this it sounds so simple but without the calibre of everyone on the team here at Salestrekker, we wouldn’t be rolling out Salestrekker 2.0. Let alone expanding our suite of products next to Salestrekker Premium and beyond!
