Q: When will this come to my aggregator please?

A: Please contact your aggregator for exact onboarding timeline.

Q: Can we add two more previous address history now?

A: Yes, you definitely can.

Q: Is this session recorded? When is the next please I have friends who couldn't log on.

A: Our apologies, our limit for live webinar is 500 users. We didn’t know we are that popular.

Q: Will the property reports extend to the NZ marketplace?

A: RP Data NZ is integrated.

Q: Can we save our preferred lenders as a favourites in the product search?

A: Future functionality. Currently you filter lenders each time.

Q: When you mean download calculator - is it the lender's calculator OR ST's version?

A: Lender’s own excel are repopulated for downloads, however you can download Salestrekker Quick Tool report as well. Both are Salestrekker Premium features.

Q: Under account settings, the space provided for the company logo is insufficient and inconvenient for designers to adjust for the required size. As the uploaded logos in the NCCP document are blurred, is this being addressed in new version?

A: New version allows zooming in or out on your own logo.

Q: In recent history, I've noticed that SalesTrekker's calculations on borrowing capacity has been significantly different to lender calculators and other programs like Quickli. How often are the calculators within SalesTrekker updated? My concern is that the SOCA shows a 'total borrowing capacity' for each client and this sometimes shows in red, but the lender calculator shows it's a pass. It can create confusion!

A: Salestrekker 2.0 has an all new calculator engine that is most accurate for a full spectrum of lenders on your panel. We update daily and audit calculators independently.

Q: Is there going to be a change over period where we have access to both portals so we can move across all workflow automation, tasks, sub tasks etc.?

A: Absolutely yes. We will help with data transfers and you will need to create new automations and task templates.

Q: Can you use merge fields for BID templates / notes ?

A: Not a current functionality. Will be reviewed in the future.

Q: How dore st2.0 integrate with Cashdeck?

A: Salestrekker 2.0 doesn’t integrate with Cashdeck.

Q: Will it show the "aggregate" of individual assets? For example, 10 different bank accounts? Thanks

A: Unsure what the question is, however totals are visible on assets page.

Q: Is the calculator going to be pre-filled or just a download link?

A: Excel calculators are pre-filled for Salestrekker Premium users.

Q: Has the buffer section been removed from SOCA? It usually showed different to lender.

A: This is up to each aggregator/ACL holder to decide and set up in organisation. SOCA calculator is a compulsory for each ACL holder and CR.

Q: With tasks will there be the ability to put run off tasks so complete one then it automates the next step?

A: Not a currently planned functionality. It might be reviewed in the future.

Q: Can the fields be dragged up/down? For example, Employment 1, Employment 3, Employment 2, and I need to adjust them in proper order?

A: Not a functionality that is available or planned.

Q: iCloud/Google sync contacts?

A: Google is planned function, iCloud needs to be investigated.

Q: Can you download contacts filtered by labels?

A: Contacts can be downloaded in contact reports, inc label filtering.

Q: Will SalesTrekker 2.0 include a feature where we can send a templated email any contact in our database, even if they're not specifically linked into the deal?

A: You will be able to send an email from contact view page.

Q: Is there Forecast reporting?

A: Sales report can be downloaded and manipulated to get the forecast reports.

Q: Will SalesTrekker 2.0 include a feature where we can send a templated email any contact in our database, even if they're not specifically linked into the deal? For example, sending a templated 'scenario explanation' email to several lender BDM's separately which pulls data from within the deal itself. Lender BDM's wouldn't be included in the deal at the start when you're still doing research.

A: We have an all new feature in the pipeline for lender BDMs. Watch this space…

Q: Will workflows and tasks roll over that we have created from 1.0 to 2.0?

A: Yes, we will complete a full data transfer.

Q: Is the maximum borrowing limited to broker access only or do admin also have access? IN ST version 1 this cant be accessed unless its the broker.

A: Deal Maximum borrowing will be available to all who have access to that deal. Quick Tool Maximum Borrowing will be available to the support staff as long as they subscribe to Salestrekker Premium.

Q: Will we be able to upload more than 10 documents at one time?

A: I believe so.

Q: HI, WHY DONT; WE START A DEAL FROM SCRATCH, NEW LEAD AND PROGRESS INTO THE PROCESS INTOP DATA ENTRY AND GENERATE DOCUMENTS, FROM CREDIT GUIDE, PRIVACY ALL THE WAY UP TO ISSUING CLIENT PROFILE AND RECOMENDATION?

A: We will run a detailed webinar for this flow.

Q: I have found in the past that if we update the contact profile with an address it also updates all previous deals for that client (therefore incorrect). Will that be corrected in version 2.0?

A: Yes, that will not be occurring in 2.0.  Contract will be updated on settlement and independent on any running deals (until they are settled to update the contact information).

Q: II salestrekker 2.0 live. Ready to use as of last Monday. Can I move to  Salestrekker  2.0 now and enter deals and submit through LoanApp?

A: Salestrekker 2.0 is live as if being able to lose a deal to the lender and settle a deal. For exact dates of the rollover you need to contact your aggregator or for APP users our office.

Q: Do those accuracy stats extend to NZ lenders?

A: Yes absolutely. We have 14 NZ landers that are mapped with average accuracy of 99.95%.

Q: Is there a tools option specifically for lender policies?

A: Yes, Policy Search Tools and Policy Insights in Quick Tool maximum borrowing calculators.

Q: As the asset finance side of salestrekker getting updated too? And commercial?

A: Yes, we are rolling out AF tools as well. Commercial Tools are planned for later this calendar year.

Q: Does 2.0 integrate with Xplan?

A: Not to our knowledge. No reason why it wouldn’t in the future.

Q: How does the Credit Proposal look now?

A: It’s beautiful :)

Q: What is "in app event"

A: It is the notification of an event that has occured in Salestrekker that is visible to the logged user under the Notification section in Salestrekker 2.0 (rather than emailed or SMSd to you).

Q: How will a VA log on if we can only have one logged in at once?

A: They will need own log in, just like any other platform. Sharing your password with your support staff is a bad security practice and not approved by any aggregator.

Q: Hi ADMIN! Is it possible to add "edit history" in each tab. Nahh?

A: We have a tab with all updated record within a deal. 

Q: Can we add two more previous address history now?

A: Yes, you can now!

Q: Can the notes function have auto-save feature ? I can't tell how many times I have started a note and clicked out to check something and lost the note.

A: There is no autosave feature.

Q: Illion info integrates in but does CashDeck?

A: Yes, that is correct.

Q: Can we select few lenders to show the capacity while doing servicing instead of 120?

A: Yes you can. Also, only lenders on your aggregator panel will show up, not all 120.

Q: Can we save lender favourites? As in all that participate in First home buying scheme?

A: Planned future feature.

Q: We hold our own ACL and our aggregator doesn’t use Salestrekker as a CRM. How to we get access?

A: You can get access to some Salestrekker features. The best version of Salestrekker is available via our partner aggregators. Contact our office for details.

Q: What is the eta before we hear from you?

A: Unsure how to answer this.

Q: Is there going to be any integration with open banking? It would be great to have updated client loan info (eg current rate) without having to ask the client each time.

A: Yes, Salestrekker is becoming an CDR accredited party. We partner up with Illion to deliver Open Banking to the broker market.

Q: Any change embedding a web form on my website with custom questions?

A: Yes, WebloanQ will have that functionality (in addition to calculators and comparison tools). Contact us for details.

Q: HELLO ADMIN. So only 1 person can be logged in GEM account right? If there are 2 or more people in a GEM account, changes will not be saved, yeah? NO sorry I mean they will be in my file so will that count as 2 people on same account?

A: If they have own login details and access to your file, that is ok - all data is safe. I.e. multiple people can work on each file. If they are (illegally) using your own login, you will be logged out.

Q: What about when mentor is view our deals while we are working on other deals? Will data entered be safe?

A: Mentor can have a reduced access levels if that is required. Please discuss with your aggregator.

Q: Customisable webforms will be available with WebloanQ, so I can add or delete any questions, am i right?

A: That is correct. This component of WebloanQ is planned for December this year. 

Q: When is the asset finance side coming out?

A: We are currently testing it. Planned for October. We are also rewriting AF integrations (from the scratch) and these will be available progressively - quality rather quantity focus this time around.
