Q: Are the lender calculators pre populated?

A: Yes, we pre-populate lender calculators. Users need to activate macros (shortcut to be provided) to view calculated fields.

Q: We need to get pricing discretion first right? Borrowing capacity is based on the interest rate that is entered right?

A: Yes, that is correct. We are currently discussing with lenders an option to automate the pricing request process.

Q: Whats the difference between Premium pack or regular?

A: Salestrekker Premium is an added set of features that includes Maximum Borrowing Quick Tool, pre-populated lender excel calculators, Policy Search tool, customisable Client Portal and security property/suburb PDF reports and data. It will involve an additional monthly subscription. 

Q: Is negative gearing now available for investment properties?

A: Yes negative gearing is included.

Q: Does this can replace Quickli?

A: Yes, Salestrekker users won’t require other servicing solutions.

Q: Can we search the correct product to apply discount rate to?

A: In Home Loan tools you will select a product and in Quick Tools a type of product (Basic/Standard/Package) before applying discounts. 

Q: Will those calculators be pre populated for NZ lenders?

A: Yes, all NZ lenders will be populated. Please note that we have recently commenced populating calculators and that we expect process to take a couple of months.

Q: Downloading the calculator here is guaranteed the latest? A: We intend to remap calculators as soon as we receive the latest version from the lender.

Q: When is the 2.0 version available to us?

A: Please discuss onboarding timing with your aggregators. There are over 10,000 users on Salestrekker 1.0, so the process might take months.
