Q: Another question, if my submitted application encounters error and lender didn't receive it and cannot find it even though IT investigates. With lender's advice, I might be better to clone and resubmit with a new reference application. Can I confirm do I need to clone based on old deal on VOW and submit with new application? Or I can directly clone and submit on AOL considering this is systematic error instead of date input error, otherwise clients need to resign compliance document again. Please confirm
A: If application can be cloned in AOL yes, however back channel messages and app statuses will not reflect on the deal in Salestrekker.
Q: Do you need to have labelled the document for it to appear?
A: Yes in the document preview in application/‘fact find section. No if you are previewing a document in files.
Q: Will ABN have an auto-lookup? where we could get company name?
A: Yes, this is the standard Salestrekker feature.
Q: Is it possible to merge 2 contacts together in case there was a duplicate created?
A: This is planned future functionality.
Q: Can insurance for principal resident be put in seperate as that is what lenders like
A: Insurance details can be added in the fact find section.
Q: What if you don't own a property yet and you need to add property costs into expenses for the proposed position
A: Use non standard address and add TBA property.

A: It shouldn’t impact mapping to any lenders that follow Lixi 2 standard.

A: Screen scraping data is available now, CDR will be available in 2025.
Q: How are property expenses calculated? can it be edited?
A: Property expenses are added in assets/security tabs and are automatically added to the expenses. Editing is done in assets/security tabs.

A: Expenses added in assets/security tabs are added and presented in the expense table.
Q: For the funding table can you drive the loan amount from the LVR instead of only the reverse?
A: Yes, just enter LVR and then click Save & Calculate.
Q: Will compliance notes templates have the ability to use merge fields?
A: Possible future functionality.
Q: Would still there be data mismatch in AOL when app is lodged to AOL?
A: Yes, for some lenders especially as they use non standard data. E.g. AMP.
Q: Does the completion of a task that has a subtask auto generate the next task on completion?
A: Not a current functionality.
Q: If a PA sets tasks can the owner of file (broker) see their PA's tasks?
A: If the broker has either of ‘Team Admin’ or ‘Team Member +’ roles, they can see all tasks. Otherwise, if the broker has a ‘Team Member’ role, they need to be assigned to that task to see that task.
Q: Do we have to Post for Commission?
A: In most cases yes if you want to get paid.
Q: What is the use of the various scenarios?
A: It gives broker a very useful solution to present various options to the client, such as different LVRs, different purchase prices or different deal structures (refinance/purchase).
Q: Hi team, can I ask a question regarding application creation on VOW, If I have two applications to submit all for the same client, two different purposes, let's say refinance and purchase. Under such circumstance, do I create two deals or one deal on VOW?
