Q: Can we use salestrekker 2.0 in ipad and iphone? Current Salestrekker is not working on Samsung Galaxy phone....you can only login but unable to do any work?

A: Yes, Salestrekker 2.0 is suitable for any device

Q: Is there Salestrekker app or we go to Salestrekker website to use on any device?

A: We plan to have a full featured app on 2.0, so the platform will be useful on an app and a website.

Q: Will our Checklist in the current Salestrekker be automatically exported to the new version of the Salestrekker OR do we need to create it again once we use the new Salestrekker version? Will our current workflow and templates transfer over to 2.0?

A: Workflows will be migrated to 2.0, however tasks and automations will need to be set up manually.

Q: Will we have to reconnect our API integrations when we change to ST 2.0? Are there any significant changes in relation to connection of API integrations?

A: Yes, new API is completely different to the old version.

Q: Might we have a timeline as to when we can experience 2.0 version? When are we getting access to Saletrekker 2.0?

A: We are currently doing a pilot program with aggregators. Once pilot is complete we will commence the onboarding. 

Q: Is commission integration on the board at any stage?

A: Yes we integrate with a number of commission platforms. All aggregators using Salestrekker will be integrated to their platforms.

Q: What resource is available to hire you mentioned to customise ST2.0 to a personalised level?
